The National Institute of Company and Business Administrators with acronym NICBA is a professional body for company and business administrators, with a focus on entrepreneurs and employees both in the private and public enterprises of the Nigeria Economy. NICBA was established in 1997, approved and registered by the Federal Government of Nigeria.
The National Institute of Company and Business Administrators is committed to excellence in administration. promoting skillful and quality training, for intending or practicing administrators as employers or business owners. We make a positive impact on society and the economy through administrative education, director development and advocacy.

- -To promote and encourage the development of wholesome administrative practice in all spheres of business and administration.
- -To provide facilities for continuity education through the institute’s network programmes of conferences, consultancy, seminars, exhibitions, training, workshops, printry, interactions etc. to accelerate the campaigns for business honesty and global best practices
- -To encourage joint stock investments and agreements in research development of new inventions & modern technology
- -To training organize programmes leading to award of professional certificates diplomas to business who would not have time to pursue full time educational programmes
- -To issue meritoreous awards and prices to deserving distinguished business persons or administrators of organized private sectors, including public enterprises.

NICBA maintain very high standard in pursuing its main objectives as independent non-political, non-religious. it extends boarders of cooperation with other national professional bodies and sonic governmental agenicies as well as some tertiary institutions including international links with oversees professional organisations. The policies of the national institute are formulated by national councils(N.C) and standing committees. The intitutes provides opportunities to re-orient members and the Nigerian society to embrace honesty and trust in their day to day business dealings as well as in their working life. The National Institute arranges its educational-training programmes such that business women/ men administrators and company adminitrstors would not stay away so long from their business locations.
